Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-11-04
This policy explains what personal information is handled when you use the Lunhand app, visit this website or buy Lunhand. Lunhand is made by Jinsik Son, an individual developer in the Republic of Korea, who is responsible for this information. Contact: our support email (coming soon).
1. The Lunhand app
- Lunhand runs on your Mac. It does not send your screen, keystrokes, clipboard or files to us.
- Screenshots and accessibility information (the buttons and text in app windows) are passed only to the AI agent you connect on your Mac, such as Claude Code. That agent's provider handles them under its own terms.
- Lunhand watches keyboard, mouse and trackpad input only to tell whether a person touched the Mac while it works under the cover. It does not record what you type.
- Lunhand keeps a log on your Mac with times, lock and unlock events, which tool ran and any errors. The log is not sent anywhere, and you can delete it.
2. License activation (with the paid release)
To enforce the 3-Mac limit, the app will send your license key and a one-way hash of your Mac's hardware identifier to our license server when you activate it, and check it again from time to time. We use this only to run the license.
3. Buying Lunhand
Orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the information needed for the sale, such as your name, email address, billing country and payment details, under the Paddle Privacy Policy. We receive the order details we need to provide your license and support, such as your email address, country and order number. We do not receive your full card number.
4. This website
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. We do not set cookies or use analytics on this site.
5. Who we share information with
- Paddle.com (sales, payment, tax and refunds)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and, with the paid release, the license server)
These companies may process information outside the Republic of Korea, such as in the United Kingdom, Ireland or the United States. We do not sell personal information.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order and license information while your license is active and for as long as tax and consumer law require afterwards (in Korea, up to 5 years for purchase records). We then delete it.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or ask us to stop using it, by writing to our support email (coming soon). We will answer within the time the law requires.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and say so on this site.
