Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-11-04
These terms cover your use of Lunhand, a macOS app made by Jinsik Son, an individual developer in the Republic of Korea (“we”, “us”). By installing or buying Lunhand you agree to them.
1. Buying Lunhand
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. Your license
- When you buy Lunhand, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it on up to 3 Macs that you own or are allowed to administer.
- You may not resell, share or publish your license key, or try to get around the license check.
3. Using Lunhand responsibly
- Use Lunhand only on Macs you own or are authorized to administer.
- Do not use it to reach devices, accounts or data you are not allowed to access.
- You decide what your AI agent does through Lunhand, and you are responsible for those actions.
- If you use the locked-Mac feature, keep your Mac in a place you trust. See Security for how it works.
4. Updates and support
We may release updates that fix problems or change features. We will try to answer questions at our support email (coming soon), but we do not promise a response time.
5. Other companies' products
Lunhand works with apps and AI tools made by other companies, such as Claude, Codex, Notion, Figma and Google Chrome. Lunhand is not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their names are trademarks of their owners.
6. Disclaimer
Lunhand is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be free of errors or work with every app.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Lunhand in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
8. Ending the license
Your license ends if you break these terms. You may stop using Lunhand and remove it at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country you live in.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this site.
